Carlos Garcia

Carlos leads the technology team at The Network, overseeing data and analytics initiatives, driving engineering efforts, and managing the team to deliver innovative solutions in the fight against human trafficking. His expertise in cloud services and emergent technologies fuels his passion for finding creative solutions to complex problems. Carlos is a graduate of Amazon Web Services’ re/Start Program and holds numerous Cloud certifications. He earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental del Táchira, Venezuela, and previously worked as an Engineer and Logistics Manager. Carlos is an avid fencer and musician, with a passion for guitar, electronics assembly, and all things technology-related.
