Ms. Huang is a counselor, case manager, and court advocate specializing in supporting survivors of trafficking, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking Chinese women. She has years of experiences of providing trauma-informed and culturally-responsive trafficking assessment and individualized services, particularly for those trafficked in the illicit massage industry. As a subject matter expert, Ms. Huang has trained and offered technical assistance to over 30 partnerships across the US, including law enforcements, attorneys, service providers and community organizers. She has also authored and published work on supporting survivors of human trafficking. Ms. Huang is expected to receive a Master of Public Health from New York University in 2025 and holds a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Shanghai Normal University in China.
