Alicia Crowley (Ali) has been an attorney for the State of Texas for the last 20 years, serving at the District Attorney Offices in Lubbock and Travis counties, and now with the Office of the Attorney General prosecuting human trafficking cases. At both the Lubbock and Travis County District Attorney Offices, Ali served as a Court chief and lead attorney in Assault Family Violence, Felony Court, and Juvenile Court. Throughout her career Ali has specialized in crimes involving women and children, with a focus on sexual assault and domestic violence. Prior to becoming a prosecutor, Ali was the Director of the Emergency Protective Order Program at the non-profit agency, Texas Advocacy Project. She has provided training to law enforcement, the judiciary, and probation offices across Texas, as well as for the University of Texas Children’s Rights Clinic and St. Edwards University Juvenile Justice Clinic. She is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University where she received a bachelor’s degree, and Baylor University School of Law.
